Lamb's Passage unanimously approved

We are delighted to announce that Islington Council's Planning committee have voted unanimously to approve our proposals for a 30,000 sq ft office building on the corner of Lamb's Passage and Sutton Way.

The scheme includes ground floor affordable workspace and the refurbishment of historic Grade-II listed vaults which sit beneath the site and once formed part of the Whitbread Brewery.

Apt's Executive Director James Ewen said 'We're delighted with the committee's decision, which will contribute to regenerating a somewhat unloved pocket of Islington. We're particularly pleased for our client, who has owned the site for over ten years and has been unwavering in his commitment to bring forth a quality scheme.'

We'd like to thank everyone who has contributed to the project over the past 3 years.
