Eduardo was born in 1959 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been a Chartered Consulting Engineer for more than 35 years. He joined Hoare Lea Consulting Engineers in the UK in 1989 and a few years later he became a partner, joining the executive board of the firm in 1994 with specific responsibilities for the firm’s growth in the private commercial and residential sectors in London and throughout the UK and Europe.

He recently retired from Hoare Lea and now holds a number of non-executive director positions with professional services firms. He graduated from London Southbank University with a Hons Degree in Energy Engineering. His projects include many landmark buildings in London, Spain and France and he has also worked in the Middle East. He has worked with Apt for many years on Merchant Square and various projects for Auriens. His friendship with Robin Partington, Jason Geen and Paul Davis led to him joining the Apt Board of Trustees in 2021, where his experience and knowledge of the built environment is of great benefit to the business. 

Eduardo is known in the industry for his high standards of achievement and his personable and client focussed approach. He is a family man who enjoys travelling, skiing, water sports, oil painting and writing.
