The proposals at Lowesmoor Wharf seek to develop a mixed-use scheme that addresses the locations potential as an important regeneration site.
The brief was to work with the city in the realisation of this exciting project and to create a new destination within the city that responds to its historic canal side location and it’s centrality to both the city and to the cities extensive transport infrastructure.
In addition to the 238 new homes, a varied retail and leisure offer, the development will also provide 30,000 sq.ft of commercial workspace ranging in size from 7,500 sq.ft floor plates through to small ‘start up’ provision spaces of a 1,000 sq.ft providing Worcester with much needed flexible workspace.
